surprising airport stay!
easy check-in helpful staff executive level relaxing atmosphere
I found the check-in process really easy, and the staff were very helpful. the executive level was a good surprise, offering great snacks and a relaxing atmosphere. i liked the food at the restaurant. The staff there were also great.
the location is convenient, but i noticed a slight lack of atmosphere .

quick access efficient receptionist prompt taxi
The receptionist efficiently booked a taxi for my early morning departure. A large taxi arrived promptly with ample space for my luggage .
I encountered an instance where I had to wait longer than expected for assistance during the checkout process. It was that other customers were attended to before me, causing a slight delay.

The Twin Room I occupied had a decent size and provided adequate space for luggage and movement. The room was generally quiet , and I did not experience any significant noise disturbances . Cleanliness was maintained to a satisfactory standard.

The hotel has a convenient location, especially for travelers using Terminal 5. I found easy access to transportation options , including the Heathrow Express and local bus services. The hotel's proximity to the airport minimized travel time.

The restaurant and bar offered a selection of options, however I mostly had quick meals. A business centre is available needing to work, however it offers very limited snacks. I was able to easily access a shuttle service.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. It includes multiple transport options to and from the airport. The sauna and steam room were especially lovely. The pool was available.
The staff seemed to prioritize other customers over me during checkout. I was at the front of the line. This felt unprofessional.

manju offered excellent service in the executive lounge. (he was personable and professional!) the taxi service on the ground floor was perfect. the room was super clean with large towels.
the hotel hoppa bus requires an extra fee.

the room was clean and reasonably spacious for an airport hotel.
breakfast service was disappointing. the staff seemed indifferent, and the cooked breakfast had been under heat lamps for too long. it was far from pleasant.

missing amenity bathroom slippers
the rooms size were excellent and the bed was comfortable.
this room offer me no bathroom slippers nor full amenity. there weren't toothbrush, toothpaste, nail filer, or cotton buds. i also expected a shower cap in such hotel.

smooth stay near terminal
king guest room comfy bed quick service
The room i got, a king guest room, had a good size and a comfy bed. room service was quick and efficient. soundproofing was real good. I barely noticed the airport despite it being so close.
I found the parking situation a bit annoying. Having to pay extra just to use the ev charger felt unnecessary.

Breakfast had great choices. I found something new each day, the bar staff was friendly, and the lamb tandoori burger i tried was so good i got it twice that day, really charmed me.

the room cleanliness was top notch, everything felt fresh. the executive king room lounge access included nice facilities, like a rainfall shower and a separate sitting area, a great addition after a long travel day.
