I found the check-in process really easy, and the staff were very helpful. the executive level was a good surprise, offering great snacks and a relaxing atmosphere. i liked the food at the restaurant. The staff there were also great.
the location is convenient, but i noticed a slight lack of atmosphere .

The receptionist efficiently booked a taxi for my early morning departure. A large taxi arrived promptly with ample space for my luggage .
I encountered an instance where I had to wait longer than expected for assistance during the checkout process. It was that other customers were attended to before me, causing a slight delay.

The Twin Room I occupied had a decent size and provided adequate space for luggage and movement. The room was generally quiet , and I did not experience any significant noise disturbances . Cleanliness was maintained to a satisfactory standard.

The hotel has a convenient location, especially for travelers using Terminal 5. I found easy access to transportation options , including the Heathrow Express and local bus services. The hotel's proximity to the airport minimized travel time.

The restaurant and bar offered a selection of options, however I mostly had quick meals. A business centre is available needing to work, however it offers very limited snacks. I was able to easily access a shuttle service.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. It includes multiple transport options to and from the airport. The sauna and steam room were especially lovely. The pool was available.
The staff seemed to prioritize other customers over me during checkout. I was at the front of the line. This felt unprofessional.

the rooms size were excellent and the bed was comfortable.
this room offer me no bathroom slippers nor full amenity. there weren't toothbrush, toothpaste, nail filer, or cotton buds. i also expected a shower cap in such hotel.

The room i got, a king guest room, had a good size and a comfy bed. room service was quick and efficient. soundproofing was real good. I barely noticed the airport despite it being so close.
I found the parking situation a bit annoying. Having to pay extra just to use the ev charger felt unnecessary.
