manju offered excellent service in the executive lounge. (he was personable and professional!) the taxi service on the ground floor was perfect. the room was super clean with large towels.
the hotel hoppa bus requires an extra fee.

the rooms size were excellent and the bed was comfortable.
this room offer me no bathroom slippers nor full amenity. there weren't toothbrush, toothpaste, nail filer, or cotton buds. i also expected a shower cap in such hotel.

The room i got, a king guest room, had a good size and a comfy bed. room service was quick and efficient. soundproofing was real good. I barely noticed the airport despite it being so close.
I found the parking situation a bit annoying. Having to pay extra just to use the ev charger felt unnecessary.

breakfast had great choices; i found something new each day, the bar staff was friendly, and the lamb tandoori burger i tried was so good i got it twice that day, really charmed me.
